STEP 1: Your original User ID and Password are at the top of page 3 of your contract.

If you have changed either within your Account Administration Area then your contract
will not be of any help.

If this is the case or if you do not have your contract available, proceed to the next step.


Step 2: In order to retrieve your login credentials, you MUST know:

Tthe primary email for your account
AND
either the User ID or Password
